The Hive Café Brewers are a simple, no frills solution for crafting Cold Extracted Coffee Products.  These shop brewers deliver a superior tasting cup in just 30 minutes.  The Café 3 makes 1 gallon of concentrate or 4-5 gallons of Ready to Drink per batch while the Café 6 yield 2 gallons of concentrate or 9-10 gallons of Ready to Drink per batch.  No messy filter bags-  These Brewers use Accelerated Cold Extraction which actually uses the grind bed as the filter media.   Your brew will come out sediment free with no post brew filtering.
